ista, jacksonville name appear on utility bill.
This company is clearly involved into fraudulent activities by eliminating online free payment option and forcing customers to send physical checks through stamped mails. I sent them check twice and they say they did not receive either. I called and explained them that customers are at a loss when you went backward by eliminating free recurring payment option but the customer service said WE CANNOT REMOVE THOSE CHARGES. It was unbelievable to hear this in America.
I hope these people get enough complains and eventually go out of business.
Not to mention that they have been giving me 50 dollar bill each month for just two of us in the apartment for trash and water. OUTRAGEOUS!
