I purchased a pair of diamond earrings via auction on eBay. I received the earrings and they were other than stated on eBay (i.e. poorer quality, color, clarity, etc.)

I returned the earrings and even have delivery confirmation but they will not refund my money.

I have tried to contact the business five different times over a month and a half with no response. I have been the object of an internet scam.
