Jewelrybyezra ripoff New York New York

On November 25, 2004, I purchased a blue diamond ring on an Ebay auction for $202.70. I paid the amount upon winning the bid and expected to receive the ring within the next 7-10 days. I received a ring the following Saturday, December 4, 2004 but it was not the ring I won and paid for. I made several attempts to contact the seller, jewelrybyezra, to inform them that they had sent the wrong item. They sent me an e-mail stating that they resent the item on the 6th of December with a tracking number identical to the ring sent on the 25th of November stating that it had already been delivered. I sent another e-mail and they were confused on what item it even was, so I sent another e-mail with all the information from the bid. They sent a reply back stating that they appologized and to send back the item that was sent in place of the correct ring (at my expense) and that it could take up to 2-4 weeks to process the dispute. All I keep getting is the run around from this company. They send the wrong items and expect you to send the wrong item back at your expense, and then never send you the correct item or your money back. HOW IS THIS STILL ALLOWED ON EBAY!!!!! I have read several reports on this web site regarding the same predicament that I am in. This business needs to be stopped.
