Jewelrybyezra Ripoff fraudulent should be shut down New York

I did not realize until after I paid for the ring I won, that I was dealing with frauds. After 2 weeks and no ring I got smart and finally read feedback that was left for jewelrybyezra on ebay. Some buyers said it took 2 months to get their items, others said they never received their items and could get nowhere with jewelrybyezra. I kept some hope due to some good feedback that was also on the site. It is now 3 months later and no ring, no returned emails, and no returned money. Ebay needs to shut these people down. They are committing crimes and are not being called on them. I want some answers from ebay.
