Jewelrybyezra ripoff no goods sent no refund issued no reply to emails New York

I have dealt with jewelrybyezra on Ebay in the past, and had no problem except for slow shipping. But my purchases eventually arrived. The last 2 orders were each shorted items. The first one included a letter saying the item was out of stock, and a refund had been issued. I searched the box, I checked PayPal. There was no refund! I started emailing. It took 5 emails to get a response. By this time the second order had arrived, and 2 items were missing! Again I began emailing, and again, no response.

Finally I received a reply about the first order, asking me to fax the invoice. I did, and again, no response! After another 2 weeks, I received a reply in regard to the first order, explaining that this person had been on holidays. He said he had a mountain of faxes to deal with, but I would have my refund within the week. I waited.... and nothing! By this time the time limit has run out on the first order. I cannot file a complaint with Ebay, or even leave negative feedback. In the meantime, I still have not received any correspondance concerning the second order. Again, the time limit to file a complaint with Ebay or PayPal has expired, but I still had time to leave negative feedback... which I did!

I won't deal with this company again! They display a total lack of communication skills, and are obviously extremely unorganized as no one there seems to know what the other is doing! They appear to think nothing of ripping people off, and then turning a blind eye! Ezra is unreliable and undependable! I wonder how many other people waited too long, and then couldn't even enter the negative feedback they so rightly deserve? I advise everyone to stay away from this company. You could very easily be throwing money down the drain!
