JewelrybyEzra ripoff - didn't send merchandise that was paid for New York New York

After nearly one month of emails and only two responses, I am to the point of extreme frustration! I ordered items from JewelrybyEzra and paid for them all immediately. After the package arrived, I found I was shorted one of the items for $24.99. So, I emailed them, only to get an email back asking me to fax the invoice. I faxed the invoice that very day, only to have no reponse from them since! I have emailed several times since then and I have only had one response saying that they are behind! I will never buy from this group again and I will email them until I get something for the money they took from me!
