John it has been 2 months since my son's newly rebuilt transmission went bad after having in his truck for a mear 6 weeks. Jacksonville Florida

So far they have told him over and over take it to O'Reilly's and they (O'Reillys) says take your claim to American TRansmission.  For some reason because he is so young they think he is stupid.  Well his step dad is a auto mechanic for over 30 years and helped my son install.  Everything was done right.

  They are trying to tell him that his cadalitic converter caused the transmission to stop working.  Fact: the cadilitic converter can not by any means stop a transmission from working.  The BS they are feeding this kid is rediculous.  STill waiting for them to cover his transmission under the warranty they so eagerly give with their transmissions. 

This company is all about ripping people off.  I am beginning to think they have no warranty and just say they do.  If we have to go legal that will not be a problem, it will be my pleasure since this is up my ally of expertise.  16 years in law.  They have messed with the wrong family.
