Kaufman's Wedding World Dishonest business practices Frederick Maryland

I used Kaufman's for my entire wedding party. As my wedding date got closer, I became concerned that my wedding dress had not arrived as promised. Multiple phone calls/emails to both the Frederick location and to Kaufman's headquarters left me w/o a single response. The added stress was unbelievable. I reported them to the Better Business Bureau which was a joke. They did nothing to reprimand Kaufman's.

Finally my dress arrived........in the wrong color! They acutally had the audacity to argue w/me over the color that I had ordered. They promised to correct the error but could not guarantee the outcome of the overall dress color. Luckily it turned out okay but was not the dress I had dreamed of. The veiling that I ordered did not arrive until two days before my wedding and it was the wrong veiling! They scrambled to correct the error. I ended up w/a nice veiling but still, it was not what I had ordered!

My wedding experience w/Kaufman's was the absolute worst and I would never recommend them to anyone. Their customer service is deceiving and no one seems to know anything about what is going on and there is little to no concern about your wedding date. They thrive on deceitful business practices and prey on the unknowing bride. My entire wedding experience was jaded because of my dealings w/Kaufman's Wedding World.
