KIS Golf Ripped off a handicapped young adult! Gurnee ILLINOIS

My son and I were shopping at Gurnee Mills last spring and saw the KIS Golf center. My son who is 19 anddevelopmentally delayed loves to play golf, so we stopped in to see what it was about and fill out a raffle ticket for the golf carts they were raffling off. The salesman took us on a tour, explained everything and after much discussion, my son begged to be able to play there on the simulators whenever he wanted and be a part of the membership.

So, we spent $6000 for a membership he can no longer use, has clubs that are now too short (as he is still growing and that was also one of the perks was being able to have clubs readjusted as he grew). I would really like one of the top executives of this company to call my son and explain to him why he can no longer play golf on the simulators, and also give him his money back. I can't believe that a company can just shut it's doors, and leave without notifying its members. This is truly a sorry day! I hope these people can't sleep at night! My son's trust has truly been hurt by this.
