Re direct/ Laguna BAY/ Lesiure products
I had to pay 100 percent of my Order up front, I was told these units were instock and would take 10 days or so to ship out to my Home. But 1st I had to pay $375. Extra to get it Deliverd.Over $6'000.00 later the time frame comes and goes, ow next week, then next week, . Excuses and BS every time.
I attempt to cancel the Hot tub due fact it was not received, ow No I promise I will have a Delivery Driver pick it up at the Terminal and you will have it this Fri 05/18/12. I geat a phone call Great news some time next week 05/26/12 we will get you the Tub. I explained to this other person look this was Not the agreement have the Location Manger call me again for the 2nd time I request to cancel my order. they do NOT POST THERE TN Corporate phone number (423) 349-2900 because they do not phone calls or complaints coming in to them!
I get the Nationa Sales Manager Mr. Brian Elmor- wastes 30 minutes telling me next week, I again tell him at this point all I want is a REFUND since they did NOT get me my Hot Tub when it was promised, and now our 10 Day window is at 5 weeks! He now tells me he will gladly Refund some of my MONEY, but will Charge me a RESTOCKING fee for something I never even received!!! Stay far far away from Laguna Bay Spas/RE Direct/LEISURE Products / they are scammers!!!!!!!!

NYS Court Ordered Leisure Products to Refund

All they do is LIE, I till this company to Court they admired it was a.Stocked item, and was Sold, to another customer. They lost the Court case in January 2013, and were Court Ordered to Repay me my money surprise surprise this unprofessional group of Liars Still ignore a State Supreme Court Order, and have NOT Refunded me my money. I will follow through and put a TN. And NY judgment against them which they will be forced to pay Monthly Interest charges.

The truth is Mrs. Grace customer ordered her hot tub and was told it had a estimated ship date of 2-4 weeks, based on production schedule for that model. It was in fact produced within the timeframe and was scheduled to ship today 5-18-2012 but Mrs. Grace starts calling and cursing everyone and anyone she can find at our company because it did not arrive in time for her party she was having on 5-19-2012. We even offered to deliver a floor model tub and come back and install the custom options she ordered, to no avail. Then we offered her a model that cost $1000 more for the same cost, all trying to make her happy.
This customer is impossible to please and we cannot put a custom spa we manufactured specifically for her with certain options back in our inventory without charging her restocking, and our policy is clearly stated on custom order on the invoice Mrs. Grace signed. We have made every attempt reasonably possible to please her but unfortunately cannot, as she is only interesting in cursing everyone involved.
