    Purchased 09/30/2012  Laguna Bay Lynx Hot tub. Drop shipped arrived on l date approx Oct 11,2012. Stopped working middle of Jan 2012. We have had trouble getting the company to answer the tech support or getting them to schedule a repair. 

   The repairman did come out on Feb 16,2012,asked what's wrong with it ordered a heater. The heater arrived ,no respose from the repairman or the company. I called again it took two days to contact the company, they claimed that the repairman had talked to me not true.He called about 2 weeks ago said he would call and schedue the repair nothing to date.

    I have contacted my credit card company for charge back.

Technical support has tried 8 times to reach customer, including phone calls and emails. Local Technician has tried as well and customer says we are non-responsive when theres an entire department of technicians available that answer the phone every time during business hours. Simple 15 minute fix if customer would just respond to us and/or technician hot tub would be running long ago.
