I recently purchased a Laguna Bay X-3 Spa from RecDirect Factory Outlet in McKinney, TX. The spa is manufactured by Laguna Bay Spas in Nashville, Tenn. The spa was shipped to me from Nashville. Upon receiving the spa, I rejected it the first time because of obvious damage that was caused by the shipper. Two weeks later I received another spa. Upon inspection, it appeared to be okay, until after accepting it and moving it, I realized several damaged piceces of siding on the spa. I contacted "Jason" at support and help at Laguna Bay Spas and he informed me they would ship out replacement panels ASAP. Two months later, no replacement siding after numerous emails and phone calls. Additionally, the temperature LED display has gone out, after only two months. Again, no help or support. Overall, I am very disappointed in the spa and after sales service!

We shipped the parts via UPS that the freight company damaged 3 days after receipt of order. Consumer responded a month later they never received, so we shipped them again and we assume customer has these parts, as no one has notified us of this or any issues of Topside Failure. Please contact us at anytime to handle any unresolved issues. We appreciate the opportunity to fix any problem and get you back to enjoying your new spa.
