L'envi STOLE money from my bank acct after they were told to cancel

The company STOLE $94.95 from my bank account AFTER they were told to cancel during the free trial.

The first two phone calls to them resulted in "we can't find your account".

I tried calling them on 1-800-340-6991 and 1-855-445-2753

then amazingly they seemed to find that yes they did rip off $94.95 from my bank account

Now I am trying to get them to refund the $94.95 they stole from my bank account

They so far have been unwilling to credit my account.

HELP. Thank you.
