Customer Satisfaction I for one will take a stand and challenge any customer service issue,scam or rip off misrepresented against this company. Lowes is a 60 year old company that prides itself in the area of customer satisfaction. The key to the success of this company has been their ability to provide customers with alternative opportunities to report unsatisfactory service they have recieved. Their system works very well for the people who use it properly as I will attest from personal experence. Yes, not every employee in the company makes sound decisions but show me one company anywhere in the world that is without fault. If you have encountered poor service at any level I suggest that you call the gereral store manager and request his/her assistance. If you have done this and are still unhappy with the service issue then contact the District manager directly. I assure you that they will go out of their way to address the issue accordingly . However if you are still unhappy allow the system to work for you and call the customer service hot line which is posted in every store. I have used this system and found it to be very effective and I remain a very loyle customer and investment partner.
