Luca Financial Express Promised me a Credit Card for $2,000.00 also $1,700.00 Emergency money that I did not have to pay back. They also promised a gas card for $40.
They took $249.00 out of my account on Oct. 8th, and told me I would have my card in two months.

It's been 6 months already, and still nothing. They keep telling me it's a delay in the shipping department.
I told them I wanted my money back, they said no.
Now I find out that they gave my account info to another bank, and they prentended to be me, and gave them permission to go into my account and take money for a $200 secured credi card.

I did no such thing!
