Luca Financial Express dirty ripoff liars Took $249.00 from my bank account promised a credit card that I never recieved. After many phone calls and 3 months later, still no card! Kansas City Missouri

This company should be brought down! In Dec 2002 this company called me at home, insisted that I was pre-approved for a master card with a $2000.00 limit. At the time it was the only the 2nd of Dec. They told me that if they debit my checking account the next day my card would arrive by Christmas! It never came! After many, many, phone calls I still have no card and I am allways getting the run around by them This is now 31/2 months later!!! They must be stopped! I would like to get my money back.
