Luca Financial Express fraudulent ripoff business Kansas City Missouri

I received a call from Luca Financial Express guaranteeing me a credit card with a credit limit of between $1000 and $4000 dollars. They stated that there was a $249 processing fee, which in turn I told them I was not interested. They continued calling and each time retrieved more information from me. Then I noticed a $249 withdrawal from my bank account that I did not approve. I called Luca and they said that I would receive my card in the mail within 3-4 weeks.

I explained that I had not authorized the charge and they stated that I had by talking with their representative. Several weeks go by and I receive nothing. I call Luca Financial and am given the run-around and how due to the holidays the mail is running behind and I should give it a little more time, each time I call I am given the run-around. Here it is months later and still nothing. No card, nothing but the run-around when I try calling.

This is a fraudulent, rip-off company. I hope someone can stop this company from this type of behavior. This is outrageous that a company can take advantage of hard working individuals this way and get away with it.
