Magic Jack Has a Call Fowarding Outage On 10/19/2010.  If you Own A Magic Jack and try to Foward Your Calls To Either A AT&T, Or Verizon Phone Number, Callers Will Get " We Are Sorry Your Call Can Not Be Completed As Dialed.
This is A Major Problem.
I Finally Found Out Myself with NO Help from Magic Jack They are having "Switching Problems"
I Tried Forwarding to My Metro PCS Phone And It Worked Fine.

There problem is They MUST get a Customer Service PHONE number.  You go back and forth my IM, with people at the other end that know NOTHING.
The keep telling you to run upgrades.
 Get it Straight once you forward your phone you can BREAK the Magic Jack Into Pieces.
Call forwarding runs by a switch in a central Office.

Magic Jack I purchased a one year plan. From day one, the service did not work. Texted and talked with someone from their technical support department and was told my unit does not work! He said i need a new unit.  It's been 2.5 weeks. They are ripping me off!! This is the WORST company I've ever dealt with!!

Magic Jack I called them to provide my new address. They said I need to renew now. I had noticed they had renewal options -1 year, 3 yrs, etc.. I asked about the 1 year. I was told they don't do that. I would need to do the 7 year paid in advance.  Terrible customer service. Nationwide

Ace Cash Services This company has been emailing me and trying to get me to pay them money. i have responded to the emails but whoever is behind the emails are very rude and when I called the number that was giving it says something about a magic jack line and when i emailed the comapny back asking about the magic jack line the emails stopped. Magic Jack Wal-Mart Consumer Shakedown: Purchased a Magic Jack package at Wal-Mart for Approximately $50. The card with the device suggested that the fee would be for less than $20 annually. That was sometime in April 2014. I was offered a 5 year re-up which I accepted but can't immediately verify because I never get formal invoices. My Magic Jack phone quit working suddenly and I'm informed that there is a $30 unpaid fee for the phone number. This was never made clear when I first contracted with these folks. I requested that they send me at least an Email telling me why they discontinued my service, but apparently they refuse to do so. I'm at the mercy of gentlemen whose first language is obviously not English. I believe I've been scammed not only by Magic Jack but by the retailer Wal-Mart Internet
