Magic Jack - more than a month with no resolution to my issue - Orlando Florida

I bough magic-jack plus Thanksgiving 2012 hoping to use when my current phone contract end. I tried to activate it May 6, but the process fail, I contact the customer service almost 6-8 times since them with no resolution why their system did not activate my account (I think I was lucky in their failure as that protect me from losing more money) each time I chat with them (you will never find a human to talk to in case you are having an issue) they are said your account is under review and someone will shortly contact you (Never happen), it has been a month now and no one contact me. I chat with Jun 3 and was determined to never deal with them, they impolitely end the chat with me when I demand them to pay back the hardware I bought. I hope that I did enough research before wasting all that time with them, please be aware once you get a problem they will never fix it.
