Magic Jack they offered a free 30 day trial and specified funds would not be taken until 5/31/2010 and they were taken from my acct. immediatly I cancelled right away after waiting 2 hours for an order#, Internet

On Friday 4/30/2010 I went online to check out magic jack. They offered a free 30 day trial. They also stated that no funds would be taken from your debit/credit card until 5/31/2010

When you click the final button the next page said they were taking the funds that day 4/30/2010. I went off their website and checked my bank not one minute later and the funds had been subtracted from my acct.                                              

I contacted magic jack and told them I could not do this as it would cause me to bounce my checks that had already been sent out.I had to wait 2 hours to get an order number to even be able to cancel the order and when I did I was told it would take 3-5 business days to have the monies returned. I live week to week and cannot afford to wait on $50.00 to be returned to my acct. and I believe that this falls under False Advertising. I don't understand how they can take your money that fast yet it takes that long to put it back in. All in All I think this was wrong to advertise telling you one thing and doing just the opposite.
