This sounds great on TV but I was charged twice on this day June 2,2010 on a FREE TRIAL OFFER.  This was not to be charged but I was charged $93.80 for one Magic Jack until the 31 days after the product was received..Magic Jack Company owns me.


Why was debited TWICE and there no way to contact them back to discuss this with them.  What kind of mess is this? I want my money returned TODAY!!!


Upset to say the least.  We put value in these products, gadgets and things that is advertised on the TV and Internet, to find out later that they are scam artists and liars.  FREE doesn't mean FREE to them.  No obligation lies.  No worrys...LIE. 


How many people have they done this way on this so call FREE 30 DAY TRIAL?  This has cost me to be charged TWICE TODAY June 2nd, 2010.  This offer is a lie, and I personally warn anyone not to try this product.


Question:  What is the phone number that they can be reached?


Question:  Why isn't it on the internet for all their customers ?


 I had to type in my information before I wanted to enter it and was not verified by me before I was charged. Not pleased at all the way they do business.  I pray that others have not been made to feel helpless at their hands.  This company should take more pride in their customer service than what they do. 


I was told that this is a great product but I don't care to find out now.  I want my money returned to my account NOWand not later.  I DO NOT WANT THIS MAGIC JACK NOW. 


If they do this now what will they do down the road.  I am not pleased not all.

Honest mistakes can be made.  Simply file a dispute with your credit card and indicate that it is a duplicate charge.
