here is my sad story

my old magic jack didnt renew despite tying online ecagh time my bank account ad thsi magic jack charged me a dollar and nothigs haappened

tried to reach them by so called chat but the rats told me my accounts under review and they wil get back to me soson

soon took almost 6 weeks never heard of them

i bought a new magic jack plus tried to activate it but still i coudnt an 80 dollars lost in their bifg fraud

tried to reach them again they said same story review high department etc

they are low life scamers company run by thiefs and customer service doesnt exist its live chat probably from overseas

how u can trusr a comany without a phone number

i lost my old magic not being able to renew 

lost my new one not abe to activate and all i get is crappy answers from non existing customer srvice

dont buy this crap its a complete ripff

i hope federal agencies siege them

i hope ant lawyer can help me in kicking their sorry butts

Magic Jack I purchased a one year plan. From day one, the service did not work. Texted and talked with someone from their technical support department and was told my unit does not work! He said i need a new unit.  It's been 2.5 weeks. They are ripping me off!! This is the WORST company I've ever dealt with!!

Magic Jack I called them to provide my new address. They said I need to renew now. I had noticed they had renewal options -1 year, 3 yrs, etc.. I asked about the 1 year. I was told they don't do that. I would need to do the 7 year paid in advance.  Terrible customer service. Nationwide

Ace Cash Services This company has been emailing me and trying to get me to pay them money. i have responded to the emails but whoever is behind the emails are very rude and when I called the number that was giving it says something about a magic jack line and when i emailed the comapny back asking about the magic jack line the emails stopped. I have never got a loan so Im confused and upset about this but i see im not the only one that is being bothered by them.  Internet

Magic Jack Wal-Mart Consumer Shakedown: Purchased a Magic Jack package at Wal-Mart for Approximately $50. The card with the device suggested that the fee would be for less than $20 annually. That was sometime in April 2014. I was offered a 5 year re-up which I accepted but can't immediately verify because I never get formal invoices. My Magic Jack phone quit working suddenly and I'm informed that there is a $30 unpaid fee for the phone number. This was never made clear when I first contracted with these folks. I requested that they send me at least an Email telling me why they discontinued my service, but apparently they refuse to do so. I'm at the mercy of gentlemen whose first language is obviously not English. I believe I've been scammed not only by Magic Jack but by the retailer Wal-Mart Internet
