magic jack no service, illiterate and unknowledgable customer service, basically a fraud! who knows new york

I stupidly tried to try majic jack plus.  shoulda' known better from the start.  any place that has no phone or location is the first alert. 

Basically, spent all day on chat with one after the other moronic, unskilled, illiterate customer disservice beings, until i finally got to a high level one who fixed the problem quickly, including the mess that the imbecils had made.

However, even tho he got the thing to seem to work, it only partially worked, so back on chat with more alien beings, pseudo reps/techs.  With that being useless too, I then asked for my money back with no response.

Sadly for America, the whole thing is a big hype -- a big fraud. 

However, it does a purpose!  It is for those with plenty of lonely time of their hands desperate enough to spend it trying to communicate basic stuff to unskilled Englisg illiterates, unable to respond approopriately to simple English requests and statements.

So if this type of sub and pseudo human encounter is what you're looking for and you're willing to throw your money down the drain, too,  then magic jack is for you!

Basically, if you have nothing else to do with your time but entertain unskilled, illiterate peudo techs and you want to pay for the pain of doing that, then magic jack is for you!  don't even try to get yourmoney back from the magic jack black hole!

So sad for America!  What has become of you?
