McDavid Nissan lies deceipt and deceptioini Houston Texas

I have never written a google review in my whole life but after this BS , it was time.  WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT AND I MEAN NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING HERE.   We were given a written quote  (drive out price ie bottom line)  for a vehicle last week through a salesman named Zak that was guaranteed  by the sales manager until further notice.

After returning from vacation, we decided to follow up on the quote to see if it was still available, since we live 55 miles away.  After speaking to Zak yesterday, he informed us that yes they would honor the quote.  I impressed upon him the importance of honoring our quote to the dollar and not a penny more as I did not want to waste my time nor the drive down there for no reason. I quoted the exact price like a man talks to a child to make sure there were no discrepancies at all and he said yes the dealership would honor the sales manager's quote.

Today, before my wife and I went to the dealership, I decided, once again , to call Zak and assure myself and him once again of the BOTTOM line drive out price for the particular vehicle that we wanted.   ( I still had the original written quote on his card that was given to me by the sales manager.)

He assured me once again that they would honor the price and I once again like a father speaking to a child, I quoted the exact drive out price that he said they would honor and he again stated that yes the dealership would honor it. 

So we drove the 55 miles down there, test drove the vehicle once more and decided we were going to purchase the vehicle.   After sitting down with the finance manager, Mr. Aleed Walhram  (sp) to fill out the paperwork, he again assured me that they would honor my drive out price.   After filling out the credit report, he handed me the finance agreement and said “Sign this”, and guess what?   After reviewing it before signing, , he had  conveniently secretly added ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS  to the drive out price!! 

When I asked him how the price had suddenly went up by $1000.00 he told me that that was the price for the vehicle.   I asked  him why he had said he would honor the original  written quote  and he said he had changed his mind.  He then brought the sales manager in who had originally written the quote on their business card and when I confronted him about his written quote, he lied in my face and said that he had never written that quote.  I then asked to speak to Zak, the salesman, who had twice in the last 14 hours, said they would honor the quote from the sales manager.   Conveniently, Zak was nowhere to be found.  

The sales manager then tried to demean me, stating that I was not acting like an “adult” , while the finance manager ripped up the original sales quote that I had for the vehicle.   Obviously, my wife and I had had enough and we left.  So, in summary, we wasted  3 hours,   ½ of tank of gas and accomplished absolutely nothing.   Dont waste your time going here, unless you want to be treated like garbage and lied to.  You will just be wasting your time.
