Mitchell 1 Beware of free trail, it will cost you 1 year Internet

Was called and told of free trial to use Mitchell 1, could not get on the first week and had to have help to get on, then could not find information and had to have help on phone on how to find information. Had a hard time using it is not a bit user freindly and called them to tell them did not want and they said was locked in for a year and would have to pay them for 1 year can not get out of this. This shop uses Alldata and Identafix and very happy with these but can not use Mitchell 1. When talked to someone about Mitchell 1 that we had a hard time using it they made me feel like we were stupid. We have always that a lot about  Snap-On as having good products but I think they need to go back to the drawing board on this product.They told me that Snap -On owns this company, SNAP-ON I am disappointed to know that you have anything to do with this company.
