Moving Van Lines It's been 18 days and our furniture has not arrived. Company now won't return phone calls Hollywood Florida
Moving Van Lines picked up my furniture on 11/21/08. Today is 12/08/08 and I still do not have my furniture. When the furniture was picked up they told me it should be to my new location on November 30th or 31st. On December 1st I called and asked where my furniture was and was told they have 21 days to get our furniture to us. When I asked to speak to a supervisor I was told there was no one else. I have called multiply times and either they are no help or no one ever calls me back. The other kicker is when someone calls me they give me another date to expect my furniture and again the dates come and go and no furniture. Do NOT book this moving company for any kind of moves. Not only do they not believe in customer service, but they just don't care!!! To top it off I paid these clowns $3,000 to move my furniture. If I don't have my furniture within 2 days I am going to call the police because this company is so bad they leave me no choice!!! Stay away from this moving company, worst company I have EVER dealt with.
