Never apply for the NETSPEND debit card. only apply for this card if you like a company to apply fee after fee dwindling your account.  $7 monthly admin fee( rip off) + $2.50 bank fee applied to every transaction without the customers knowledge.  on top of that you still pay ATM/bank fees because they have no actual bank you can go to and get money out.

Netspend appears to be a middleman financial service company (not even a bank). I've been with this company for 4 years and never recv'd a statement disclosing transaction fees or charges for services. just a website that i can never log into.

The customer service is the worst, i've received cards with my name and info incorrect.  Today i will be filing a report on them thru the New York State Dep't Banking Dept.  Whom also claim to have numerous complaints against this company "Netspend' and META WORLD BANK".

NETSPEND + META WORLD BANK = CONSUMER BEWARE
