NetTALK Phone number porting was requested, paid for and then cancelled. NetTALK refused to refund fee for the cancelled phone number porting. Internet

I placed my phone number porting request on Sept. 3, 2013, and was charged for it. Then the porting was cancelled because I experienced connection issues, and technical support could not resolve it. I had to return the device to the store.

I made several requests to the customer service for refund, but received a refusal letter stating that "ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not give full or partial refunds for phone services that you have purchased regardless of the basis for the refund request."

I consider this situation as unfair, since I did not receive the service, but was charged for it.
