Nettalk Major Ripoff Internet

Ordered Nettalk Duo WIFO from Best Buy. It arrived when expected. Got it hooked up even though directions are a little vague. Had phone service for about an hour. Unplugged for a few minutes and plugged it back in. Once again, had service for about an hour. Went online and completed a trouble ticket and got an automated response saying someone would contact us. It has been 10 days and still no contact from them and I still have to unplug and plug in the DUO device several times a day in order to have some kind of home phone service. I have contacted them via email daily and usually several times a day. I even told them I would post on this website if I didn't get a response but apparently a. nobody cares or b. nobody reads the emails. Either way, this company is a RIPOFF. When the phone does work, the person on the other end can't hear me anyway. What a waste of money!!!!!  Save yourself the time, headache and money and don't buy!
