My NetTalk DUO worked fine for 2 years, then died. All attempts to contact the company via a trouble ticket have been unanswered for the past 11 days. Reading online of people waiting months for a trouble ticket to be answered, I have no hope of getting relief. I am outside of the US, so spending hours on hold for paid call to their customer support line is out of the question.

When I first bought this device in 2011, I had a question for customer support which was answered promptly. As a result, I've recommended the product to a number of people.  No more.  Despite having 20 months left on my present service contract, I will switch to another VoIP device like Ooma.
