netTalk Live chat is dead-phone number is out of order miami Florida

I actually was able to get someone on live chat on-line before I bought my NetTalk unit.Since then never once.The phone number they have listed is out of order.Someone e-mailed me back saying they would call me back after I thretened to contact my states attorney general and the better business bureau.They never called me back.They also lied telling me that magicjack has no support what so ever.That is a lie.I got immediate on-line help with live chat with magicjack.I am packing my unit up and returning it to walmart and talk to the store manager about what happened and ask him to contact upper management to discontinue the product and pull them off the shelves immediately!!DO NOT PURCHASE netTalk!!!!!
