NetTalk offer International calls fraud. International Call Fraud
However, after your card has been charged NON-REFUNDABLE when you try to make a call the call never goes thru. The payment is non-refundable!
NetTalk customer service is BAD it only works when they want your credit card to charge.
Customer services has hours of waiting to discourage people from talking to their customer reps.
Recommendation: Stay way from NetTalk International calling plans. You will waste your money and your time.

Your web site is listing calls to MOBISTAR in Spain.
For your information MOBISTAR is a CELL phone company and the rates you advertise fro mobile phone calls are higher than landlines.
If that is the case then issue a refund to my card. Then I will post about the honesty of your company in the mean time your marketing and website site practices continue to mislead and defraud the public.

Based on your call records, it shows that you were calling a mobile number in Spain. Our international plan does not include free calls to mobile numbers in Spain, only land lines.

You will notice that we do not advertise mobile calling to Spain.
