I purchased the hardware for netTALK DUO at Walmart about two years ago.  Following all of the instructions to get online, I ran into difficulties. Due to the fact that netTALK, even today, has no phone number, email, physical address, or "chat" that works, I immediately returned the gear to Walmart and sent two emails to netTALK to cancel and refund my one year service subscription.  Since then, they debited my card-of-record last year which caused more emails from me.  Finally, I received one that said our relationship was terminated.  Today...netTALK debited a DIFFERENT card for $39 which caused a fraud alert to my cell phone.  I tried again to contact them to no avail.  These folks should be in jail AND out of business.  What a rip-off!!!  American company??
