Ordered a free sample of Neutratone plus 4.99 shipping. They added serum plus 4.99 also. After a month, they sent me another jar of Neutratone and charged my card 98.00 plus shipping and handling. I did notify the company. They said I could not return cream. I then told her to cancel my account. And " do not charge anything else on my card." Just wanted this document noted. Thank you!
