I ordered a 1.7 oz. bottle of wrinkle cream.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                         It said free sample I need only pay 4.95 for shipping/handling                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                 2 weeks later they charged my bank 98.00                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                         Now they say I have to return the sample in order to get my money back                                                                                                                                                                                                                                   I'm mailing it back tomorrow,in hopes that they put my money back                                                                                                                                                                                                                                         I'll have to alert my bank not to allow these charges in the future

neutratone i saw on line the add for neutratone for paying shipping only of 4.95 for the sample with all these wonderful things this product was goiing to do for the wrinkles on my 65 year old face.hmmm thought this is a cheap fix got the jar 6 weeks ago and then last week a recieved a larger jar. but i couldn't use the product because when i tried the first jar my face broke out with all these red polka dots like mimi mouses dress oh my gawd. uniondale New York

Neutratone Skincare Products I ordered a free sample of the Neutratone product and the ad mentioned I will only be responsible to pay $4.95 Shipping and handling. The product arrived, I never opened it next thing you know my husband got charged $98 without our knowledge. I called customer service today and the rep was rude and refused to give me an address to where to return the product because she said I was out of my 30 day money back guarantee. I told her I will gladly dispute with my bank the authorized charge for $98.00. They do false advertisement and it is very misleading. Uniondale New York
