 Around SEPT 1,2015   I ordered by phone a trial sample of face cream Neutratone "for toning down wrinkles and dark(age spots)" .It was free for 14 days ,send back if not liking product. I did not send it back and before the 14 days ,I received a bill to my debit card for $60.00  .I had never asked for a cream for eyes areas ,but they had included it in the package I received.ON 10-20-15 I saw a charge  in my bank statement for $61.90 again .I have not recieved any second product.From my house,I called the New York number 1-855-216-7829,number in my bank statement of the Neutratone in New York and after waiting for more than 15 minutes got to speak to a sales rep and told her that I did not  want the second shipment and to cancel  my order forever.After 10 more minutes telling her repeatedly" No.I  do not want it ,not even if you give me a discount of $10.00 etc",I finally got her to give me a cancellation code=XRW1020. If they really tape the conversations like they said while I was waiting to have an answer ,anyone can hear me screaming NO,NO,NO In the morning of 10-21-15 I again checked my bank statement and to my disgust I saw another charge --this time for $86.90 .This even after being given a cancellation code the night of 10-20-15 . I now called 1-866-933-7061-telephone now listed the second time  to fight this second charge . The woman (Tiara) this time said "it takes sometimes weeks for us to get the notice of cancellation to all our distibution centers".She-Tiara told me to keep the products when I recieve them because the company will not accept them back without RMA=RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION.I aske dher to give me that RMA and she told me to call 866-932-4036 to request that or that I could do it through email.Fearing that I will get daily charges of $60 to $80.00 every day and without recieving neither product #2-of 10-20-15  NOR #3 of 10-21-15  I went to my bank and cancelled the debit card I had used.I have tried several times tonight to call this number 1-866-932-4036 to get RMA but surprise--there is no answer .I also tried to sign in to support@neutrotone.com but there is no support --it is really to take more new  orders.......

We have never made an unauthorized debit from any customers account, any debit made is done on the basis of the customers authorization provided when they first agree to our terms and conditions by submitting their order on our trial offer website.

Sometimes when customers sign up for a trial and they don't cancel the subscription, they may feel as if we wrongfully charged them. The customer did not reach our email at support because she spelled neutratone wrong she spelled neutrotrone instead of neutratone.
