neutratone ripped off my credit card without my permission internet

Bought introductory skin product from Neutratone for 4.95. The next month company charged my card 69.00 and sent a small tube of skin product.
Tried calling quite a few times to return product to no answer. Even sat on speaker phone twice for 1/2 hour.
The third month they charged my card twice at 79.00. Had to dispute charged with card company and change card number to keep Neutratone from ripping my card off again.
Scam Company!!!!

The product you signed up for was advertised as a trial not a purchase of the product.
During that trial you were given a 14 day time period (from the time that you receive the product) to cancel if it did not work on your skin or if you simply did not like it. We received no cancellation request, so as a result, you were charged for the full cost of the product at the end of your trial period. The charge for the product is what you agreed to in our terms and conditions when you signed up.
We never ship out to anyone who doesn't agree to the terms and conditions. The shipping and handling is clearly outlined as 4.95, and then the product was provided to you at a discount of 20% which came out to $79.95.
There is not one time where we state that all you will pay is the shipping and handling cost for the product.
We have a customer service center that is available by phone and email. If you wanted to cancel you could have cancelled by speaking to a representative within your trial period.
In any case we have filed a detailed response to your dispute and have presented evidence of your sign up to your bank.
The product you received is also advertised in various places as a 45 day supply of highly sought after anti-aging ingredients that cost significantly more than $4.95.
While I understand that maybe you forgot to cancel your trial, I do not understand writing a public report that does not reflect the truth.
You could have contacted us before, during and after signing up to ask any questions and we would have been glad to assist.
We unfortunately never received a cancellation, or phone call before the end of your trial period.
