Norwegian Cruise Line (NCL) charged $10.00 per person per night for Towels and Bedding.

We, a family of four, went to cruise through the NCL in June 2008 to Alaska from Seattle. We stayed at a cabin together for 7 nights. The NCL charged $40 per night for their Towels and Bedding, total of $280 for 7 nights.
Their customer service e-mail didn't response to my e-mail requests at all.

The NCL Ripoff to thier first cruise line customer.

Thank you,

Jay

Are you positive that was what the charge was for?

I'm a bit dubious about your charges. Can you tell me the exact nature of that charge? I was on the Pearl this summer, and remember being charged a surcharge for gratuity and other services, but that was an optional charge that you could opt out of. Please elaborate further.
