Ntelos Changing billing cycles to overcharge on data Charlotte NC

 Ntelos has suddenly changed my billing cycle and charging me 15 extra on each of my phones for data overages. One month I only used a little over 1 gb of my 2gb limit. Maybe since they are selling out they are trying to rake up as much extra money as possible. I have had my phones set to shut off Internet since the day I bought them and all of a sudden this doesn't work anymore. I have used the full 2 gb many months on my phone and never been charged before. The service reps just keep saying the same thing over and over. Well the 28th is the day u got your phone, but billing didn't start til the 29th. Yeah right! Those tight wads would never give u a free service day. This has class action suit wrote all over it.
