Ntelos provide no service. won't refund money. Morgantown West Virginia

Ntelos claims to provide nationwide coverage but actually provide anything but nationwide coverage. In fact they don't even cover all of Morgantown, WV the town in which I signed up for the service. Furthermore they don't cover alot of Major cities that are clearly on thier map of coverage.

Another scam they are running is this. When I signed up for service I asked about moving to another state and wheather I would have to sign up for another plan and so on... I was told that the area I was planning on moving to was not covered by thier service and I could bring them a utility bill with my name and new adress on it and they would cancel the service and drop the eary Term. fee. Well they didn't drop the fee, and they also claim to now cover the area in question (Wash. D.C.). They don't cover the area though.

I would like to know what makes this complany think they have nationwide coverage. They lie about thier early termination policy, They lie about thier coverage area, and they use this to try and sell service upgrades. This is a VERY dishonest company.
