OCWEN should not be allowed to be in business! How does this happen? My loan was with B of A and then all of a sudden I got a letter from OCWEN that they were serviceing my mortage. Well they are doing anything
but serviceing my mortage. They are in INDIA. HOW did this happen? They can't even speak english. They can't answer any of my questions! They are very rude!

OCWEN LOAN SERVICING, LLC They plan to buy insurance for my property with the reason they have no evidence of a current Condominium Association Master Policy on my property,which it is covered by Hoa, they will charge me $464.00 . They sent me a letter on Feb/2015, I faxed and mail to them, I called them 4 days later, they said it takes 5 days to get to their desk that not included the weekend, I called them at least 3 times, same answer.They do not have the knowledge staff or no experience or they want to overcharge the customer , that should be stopped.
