 First lets just start with the basics. My wife and I were told by our real estate agent to purchase a home warranty. So we did purchase through ORHP at her suggestion. Shortly after moving in we had an A/C unit go down. The rep had a vendor out in less than 24 hrs. The vendor confirmed that the compressor was broken and needed to be replaced. That where all hell breaks loose.

 
ORHP  said that it would be 3-5 days for approval and then another 3-5 days for the part to be ordered. Then another 2-3 days to get the vendor back in to do the work.
 
In Texas where we are its 102-106 everyday this time of year AC is a must. Apparently the people at ORHP don't really care if you are extremely hot or cold as I stated if we were in Chicago in Dec. we would have frozen to death. The response on the phone was "That's funny". Nothing funny at all if you ask me.
 
It appears as though some of the vendors actually play good cop bad cop in help ORHP make excuses of why it takes so long or what's actually wrong with the unit.
 
Did you know Freon is covered when you have a plan that covers the AC ? Seriously WTH?
 
My advice...Take your business elsewhere because this place is way past unprofessional and they don't care one bit !!
