I received a solication from them for baskets of food items to send to your student for finals. I paid, rewceived an email the order shipped and another email was sent to my son that his package was delivered to his dorm.

Well, it was never delivered to him.  I provided OCM with his dorm and room number on the order form.  When i tried asking for help, I was pretty much told it was delivered and it was no longer their problem and I needed to track it down on camp;us.  What a sham, what a joke.

So I am out the money and no package for my son.

Run from these people, they are awful.

We apologize that your care package was not delivered to your student as expected. We stand by our products and would like to make this situation right. If you provide your order number we can send a new care package to your student free of charge. We apologize for the inadequate customer service that you received last year and we would like to resolve this issue.
