Our Campus Market Son never received his package, terrible customer service

I received a solication from them for baskets of food items to send to your student for finals. I paid, rewceived an email the order shipped and another email was sent to my son that his package was delivered to his dorm.
Well, it was never delivered to him. I provided OCM with his dorm and room number on the order form. When i tried asking for help, I was pretty much told it was delivered and it was no longer their problem and I needed to track it down on camp;us. What a sham, what a joke.
So I am out the money and no package for my son.
Run from these people, they are awful.

If you provide your order number we can send a new care package to your student free of charge. We apologize for the inadequate customer service that you received last year and we would like to resolve this issue.
