Papa Johns Pizza ripoff, no customer service, bad pizza and even worse management Dallas Texas

I called Papa Johns to let them know they screwed up my order and to try and get it fixed. This particular Papa Johns is located on Gaston Ave. in Dallas,TX. I talked to the supposed manager, Juan and I let him know about my pizza at which point he told me that it wasn't there fault it was mine and if I wanted another pizza I would have to buy it. I told him it was not my fault and I just wanted him to make it right.

The idiot "Juan" proceeded to tell me that I was just trying to scam the store even after I explained to him that I would give him the bad pizza back.I then asked for a managers phone number at which time he gave me a training number that explains to their employees how to upsale to there customers. That number is
1-877-392-7272.

I called other locations to try and get some help and every location told me there was nothing I could do and that my only option was to file a complaint online and somebody "might" get back to me in a few days. I will never order another pizza from Papa Johns and they can contribute the loss of buisness mainly to Juan the manager and secondly their lack of recources for customers who have been mistreated by their employees. Bye bye Papa Johns and hello ---. Thanks Juan.
