PayPal Beware! They do not protect you! Internet

I had a store on the internet and needed to upgrade my Virtual 
credit card machine to accept more credit cards.  I choose to go with Paypal "website payments pro."  Big mistake.  After two months, I closed down my store because of lack of sales.  The only sale I got turned out to be a low life customer that did a charge back. Paypal took the money from my account but returned it after I provided UPS tracking information.  The buyer continued to fight and his credit card company found  in his favor, and Paypal took the money back again.  Paypal told me there is nothing they could do for me, I would have to fightt this customer outside of Paypal.  Paypal said with Website payments pro does not offer finacial protection.  The customer said he did not recognize the sale.  I sent Paypal a copy of all are emails back and forth.
