paypal They ripped me off of $55.00 because they returned an item to my buyer even though he lied about the condition of it! Internet

I sold a perfect working condition cell phone to a gentlemen on Ebay. I sold it to him for $195.00. Ten days later he sends me an email saying that the phone is not working. He just says that some of the applications are not responding. I told him it clearly states that I give 7 days to return the phone and those 7 days were up. I told him NO. I said there was nothing wrong with the phone when I sent it to him and if there is anything wrong with it now its could be something that he has done. He files a dispute after I kept telling him no and paypal reviews the report and by now he is telling paypal there are all kinds of problems with the phone, which in the beginning he said there were just a few things that weren't responding. Paypal gives him his return and he wins the dispute. So the $195.00 dollars that paypal put a hold on for so many days so I would not spend it just in case he did decide to return it was over with, so I had already transferred it into my bank account to use the money. The paypal hold was over so I did not think that he would be granted a return. I already had $55.00 sitting in my paypal account so I could pay my monthly fees from ebay but because paypal gave my buyer his return my account went negative and I didn't have the $55.00 in my account to pay ebay anymore. NOW, I have to take an extra $55.00 out of my own bank account to transfer it into my paypal account to pay the ebay monthly fee. By now the phone is being sent back to me and guess what? When I open up the package the phone is in perfect condition and perfect working condition!!!! HE LIED TO THEM AND I GOT JIPPED OUT OF MY MONEY! I understand it's not a large amount but think about all the people they do this to. I have heard a lot of stories and just imagine all the money that they are racking up on. They are taking advantage of us and we need to do something about them. I hate them!!! If there is anyone that can help me please write me. Thanks.
