I take online surveys, and one of the surveys that I take uses paypal to issue their payments. I do not wish to do business with paypal as I am not comfortable with giving out my banking information to them. I did receive a payment from them in the past which they sent to my home address rather than having it deposited in my account through their company. I put in a request for a cash reward from the survey site that I use and they issued it through paypal. I received an email that it had been issued, I received an email from paypal that I had not set up an account and the check would be sent back to them. I sent them two emails, one on Aug 6th 2009 about sending the check to my home as they had done before and have not heard anything from them. I sent another email today Oct 19th 2009 asking them to send the check to my home (I enclosed my name and address in the event that they had lost it) and will wait to see if I will get a response. I don't think I'll hold my breath waiting to hear from them. I just wanted to let others know to beware sites using paypal.

What the hell?

How the hell is this a rip-off report? You contacted them twice. Just because you don't want to give your bank account information to PayPal does not mean that others should "beware!" Have they given you any reason to not want to give bank account information? You need to get a life and not make such frivolous reports on here.
