I am not sure how many people will read this, but I hope its a lot...
Two years ago I decided to sell on Ebay and I had 10 listing available per month. I did good and added PayPal to it, well you know the "Ebay Sister Company". I did good on Ebay and as of this day i have 860 listing available per months and my feedback is 99.7%...Not bad
Well, my husband and I applied for the PayPal Debit Card almost right away and we got it, it's not like they have to check your credit rating.
In order for us to be "good sellers" on Ebay we had to verify our account with PayPal (bank account) which we did.. We added or checking account and the credit card # associated with that account. Everything with great...
Than my wife got sick, she was in ICU for 2 weeks and I did not know how to ship anything, but I emailed all the buyers, telling them what was going on.
At the same time I changed bank accounts, so I added the new checking account # and new credit card #...little did I know, that most of the buyers filed "item not received"...So, PayPal took that money out of my PayPal account...
The PayPal account ended up in the "red" and Paypal send me emails to transfer funds to get back into the black. Little did I know what crooks they are.
Paypal ...by than I was in the "red" for no reason. Well , yes the reason was because Paypal kept on charging the old checking account and credit card # and not the new one that I added and I made them primary.
PayPal emailed me to let me know that the checking account in question was removed by PayPal on November 12th, 2013, that it they one they kept on charging.
But they kept on charging that account for almost a month. Now I am in the red with that bank and I have to pay it back.
Every email that I received from PayPal started with..." I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you"...
If anybody knows of any current lawsuits against PayPal/Ebay, please let me know...
