broken bolt to engine housing to power steering pump ,then a whole was put into power steering hose line , Mgr Art Coles wanted to replace parts again, they was paid yrs ago for quotes 1,900, then told there head office, DM lies, he Voided things off the invoice to bring cost down ,and didnt give a receipt ,just a copy of invoice

Huh? I'm Confused. Were you trying to make any sort of sense in your complaint? I don't understand what your complaint is. What's the year/make/model of your vehicle? What exactly did you have and not have done to the vehicle? How many years ago did you have repairs done that were recommended again? Are you serious with this complaint?
