PEP BOYS They never put in any transmission fluid when doing my tune-up/oil change SALEM Massachusetts

We also had new tires put on at Pep Boys before we knew about the transmission issues. They were put on 11/4/08, while driving the car it started to shake so my daughter pulled over to the side of the road because she did not feel safe.
She then called Pep Boys and explained the problem to them that the car was shaking and making a funny noise, they had it towed back to the store so they could check it out, they did state that if it was a different problem and not the tires, that we would be charged for the tow.
Of course they said there was nothing wrong with the car but when we talked the the tech in back he stated the the tires were not on tight, and he showed us by moving them around. So it was there fault, now they are saying that we owe them for the towing of the car.
